Wriothesley Artifacts Desc
Wriothesley’s best artifact set is Marechaussee Hunter. It enhances his Normal and Charge Attacks and, with the full 4-piece set, increases his CRIT Rate, which is very beneficial for him. An alternative option is Blizzard Strayer, which focuses on increasing both CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG.
The 4-piece Shimenawa’s Reminiscence is also a good option, and so is Desert Pavilion Chronicle. However, the best choice depends on each player’s playstyle and the specific PvE content they are engaging with.
Wriothesley Weapons Desc
When it comes to weapons, the best choice for Wriothesley right now is Cashflow Supervision. It increases both Normal and Charged Attack damage and also boosts attack speed. Alternatively, you can use Tulaytullah’s Remembrance, which enhances CRIT DMG and increases attack speed.
There are several other weapon options for Wriothesley as well. For 5-star weapons, A Thousand Floating Dreams is a good choice. If you’re considering 4-star weapons, The Widsith and Solar Pearl are excellent options.

Wriothesley’s main attack is his Charge Attack. First, use his Elemental Skill, then perform Normal Attacks until his Gracious Rebuke becomes active. Once it’s active, use a Charge Attack followed by Normal Attacks. After that, switch to a support character or another party member.
Wriothesley Overview
Wriothesley is a 5-star Cryo character in Genshin Impact who uses Catalyst-type weapons. His main ability is a punch attack where he uses repelling fists to deal Cryo damage to enemies. His Elemental Skill, Icefang Rush, triggers a chilling penalty, giving him an extra bonus attack if his HP is above 50%. If he uses an enhanced attack, he will lose some HP, but his passive ability, “There Shall Be a Plea for Justice,” helps recover the lost HP.
His Elemental Burst, Darkgold Wolfbite, might not be the best, but it is still capable of dealing heavy AoE Cryo damage to enemies in front of him.

Wriothesley Talents
Normal Attack
Forceful Fists of Frost
Normal Attack
Wriothesley focuses Cryo energy into his fists, unleashing powerful Repelling Fists. He performs up to 5 rapid strikes that inflict Cryo DMG. Additionally, after using Icefang Rush or sprinting, the combo count for Normal Attacks won’t reset for a short period.
Charged Attack
This attack consumes a set amount of Stamina, allowing Wriothesley to leap into the air and deliver a Vaulting Fist. This move deals AoE Cryo DMG.
Plunging Attack
Wriothesley leaps from mid-air to slam into the ground below. This attack damages opponents along his descent and delivers AoE Cryo DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill
Icefang Rush
Wriothesley adjusts his breathing, rhythm, and pace to sprint forward a short distance. During this sprint, he enters the Chilling Penalty state and can unleash more powerful attacks.
Chilling Penalty
· Increases Wriothesley’s interruption resistance · When his HP is above 50%, it will enhance the Repelling Fists of Normal Attack: Forceful Fists of Frost and increase its DMG. When such an attack hits, it will consume a fixed amount of Wriothesley’s HP. HP can be lost this way once every 0.1s. This effect will be canceled should Wriothesley leave the field.
Elemental Burst
Darkgold Wolfbite
Wriothesley activates his boxing gloves and delivers a powerful icy straight punch. He then performs Icicle Impact, causing multiple instances of AoE Cryo DMG in a frontal area.
Arkhe: Ousia
After Icicle Impact concludes, a Surging Blade descends on the opponent’s position, dealing Cryo DMG aligned with Ousia.

Ascension Passive
There Shall Be a Reckoning for Sin

Additionally, Rebuke: Vaulting Fist will obtain the following enhancement:
- The DMG Bonus gained will be further increased to 200%.
