Neuvillette Artifacts Desc
Neuvillette is a character who relies heavily on Charged Attacks. To build him effectively, the best artifact set is the 4-piece Marechaussee Hunter. This set increases both Normal and Charged Attack damage while also managing your HP. Specifically, using Charged Attacks will decrease your HP, but absorbing Sourcewater Droplets will restore it.
If you want to focus on Hydro damage, the 4-piece Heart of Depth set is a great choice. There are also other options depending on your playstyle. For example, the 2-piece Nymph’s Dream increases Hydro damage bonus, while the 2-piece Marechaussee Hunter boosts Normal and Charged Attack damage by 15%.
Neuvillette Weapons Desc
Neuvillette’s signature weapon is the “Tome of the Eternal Flow,” which provides a significant boost to stats, mainly increasing CRIT DMG up to 88%. It also offers HP% and helps with energy regeneration, fulfilling his energy needs.
A good 4-star weapon option is the “Sacrificial Jade,” which provides strong stats, especially increasing CRIT Rate and HP. If refined to level 5, it becomes a crucial second-best weapon choice.
There are many other weapon options available for Neuvillette, depending on your build preferences.

Neuvillette Rotation Skill
Use any off-field support character for Neuvillette. (e.g. Zhongli)
Switch to Neuvillette and use his Elemental Skill.
Absorb Sourcewater Droplets and use Charge ATK. (Collect 3 Orbs)
User his Elemental Burst.
Collect All 6 Sourcewater Droplets and use Charge ATK 2 times.
You can either switch to another character or stay with Neuvillette, depending on your strategy.
Repeat Again
The best rotation is to start with an off-field support character. For example, use Zhongli’s Elemental Skill to provide a shield. Then, switch to Neuvillette and use his Elemental Skill to drop 3 orbs. Gather these orbs and perform a Charged Attack. After you have enough energy, use Neuvillette’s Elemental Burst, which will drop 6 orbs. Collect these orbs to enable 2 additional Charged Attacks. Repeat this rotation for optimal results.
Neuvillette Overview
Neuvillette is a 5-star Hydro character in Genshin Impact who uses Catalyst weapons. He is known for being a strong on-field DPS (damage dealer). His damage output is very high, and he has a unique Charged Attack called “Empowerment: Legal Evaluation.” This attack gathers water power quickly and delivers powerful Hydro strikes to enemies in front of him. Neuvillette’s Charged Attack is very strong, and it allows you to change direction while charging. Additionally, he can absorb Sourcewater Droplets to heal and increase his charging speed. His first passive talent, “Heir to the Ancient Sea’s Authority,” provides a unique Charged Attack with high scaling.
Neuvillette’s Elemental Skill, “O Tears, I Shall Repay,” summons a Raging Waterfall that deals AoE Hydro damage to enemies and also provides 3 Sourcewater Droplets that heal you. His Elemental Burst, “O Tides, I Have Returned,” deals AoE Hydro damage to nearby enemies and leaves behind 6 Sourcewater Droplets. These droplets can be used for Charged Attacks, allowing you to perform 2 Charged Attacks in a row.

Normal Attack
As Water Seeks Equilibrium
Normal Attack
With elegant moves, the character performs up to 3 Hydro attacks, dealing damage with each strike.
Charged Attack: Empowerment – Legal Evaluation
While charging, water power is gathered to form a Seal of Arbitration. During this phase, movement and direction can be adjusted, and Sourcewater Droplets within a certain area can be absorbed. Each Droplet speeds up Seal formation and provides healing.
If charging is interrupted before the Seal is fully formed, a regular Charged Attack is executed. If the Seal is formed, a special Charged Attack called Equitable Judgment is unleashed.
Charged Attack
Consumes stamina to deliver a powerful water blast that deals AoE Hydro DMG to enemies.
Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment
Releases intense water torrents, causing continuous AoE Hydro DMG in a straight line in front. This attack does not consume stamina and lasts for 3 seconds. While using Equitable Judgment, if HP is above 50%, there will be a continuous HP drain.
Plunging Attack
Harnessing Hydro energy, a downward plunge is executed from mid-air, dealing AoE Hydro DMG upon hitting the ground and affecting all enemies in the impact zone.
Elemental Skill
O Tears, I Shall Repay
Summons a Raging Waterfall that deals AoE Hydro DMG to enemies in front, based on the character’s Max HP. Upon hitting an enemy, the skill generates 3 Sourcewater Droplets nearby.
Arkhe: Pneuma
At specific intervals, as the Raging Waterfall descends, a Spiritbreath Thorn will also descend, piercing enemies and dealing Pneuma-aligned Hydro DMG.
Elemental Burst
O Tides, I Have Returned
Unleashes waves that deal AoE Hydro DMG based on the character’s Max HP. After a brief pause, 2 additional waterfalls will descend, causing Hydro DMG in a smaller area and generating 6 Sourcewater Droplets in front.

The stacks from different types of Elemental Reactions are counted separately.
