Chiori Artifacts Desc
If you want more defensive abilities, you can use the 4-piece Husk of Opulent Dreams artifact set. This set provides a lot of defense percentage along with some Geo damage bonus, improving her overall defense and Geo damage abilities.
Alternatively, the 4-piece Golden Troupe set is a great choice because it provides more damage when using Elemental Skills. You can also combine 2 pieces of Husk of Opulent Dreams with 2 pieces of Golden Troupe to meet your damage needs.
Chiori Weapons Desc
Chiori’s best weapon is her signature weapon, Uraku Misugiri, which provides a high base attack and critical damage. It also increases normal attack damage and Elemental Skill damage, making it great for her overall damage.
If you don’t have her signature weapon, the second-best option is the Primordial Jade Cutter. This weapon offers a bit of base attack and critical rate, increases her HP, and provides an attack bonus based on her max HP. Another good choice is the Mistsplitter Reforged, which is also a 5-star weapon.
For 4-star options, the best choices are Cinnabar Spindle and Flute of Ezpitzal.

Chiori Overview
Genshin Impact features Chiori, a 5-star Geo character. In battles, she uses sword-type weapons to deal heavy Geo damage to enemies. Her Elemental Skill, Fluttering Hasode, allows her to dash forward and attack a target, dealing AoE Geo damage. She also summons a puppet called Tamoto, which continuously deals AoE Geo damage to enemies for 17 seconds alongside your active character.
If there are any Geo constructs nearby, another Tamoto will be created, meaning two puppets can attack enemies at once for a period of time. Her passive talent, The Finishing Touch, grants Chiori a 20% Geo damage bonus for 20 seconds when a nearby party member creates a Geo construct.
Her Elemental Burst, Hiyoku: Twin Blades, launches twin blade attacks at enemies, dealing AoE Geo damage based on her ATK and DEF.

Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill
Fluttering Hasode
Chiori dashes forward and summons the automaton doll Tamoto beside her. After the dash, she sweeps her blade upward, dealing AoE Geo DMG to nearby enemies based on her attack and defense.
Press/Hold
Press to dash; hold to enter aiming mode to adjust the dash direction.
Tamoto
– ATK nearby opponents at intervals, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on Chiori’s stats.
– If there are Geo Construct(s) nearby or new ones are created, an additional Tamoto is summoned next to the active character. Only one additional Tamoto can be summoned, and its duration is separate.
Elemental Burst
Hiyoku: Twin Blades
Twin blades leave their sheaths as Chiori slices with the clean cuts of a master tailor, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on her ATK and DEF.
Chiori Passive Skills
Ascension Passive
Tailor-Made
After using Fluttering Hasode, different effects activate based on your next action within a short time:
Tapestry
Switches to the next character in your roster.
Grants all your party members “Seize the Moment”: When your active party member’s Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks hit a nearby opponent, “Tamoto” will execute a coordinated attack, dealing 100% of Fluttering Hasode’s upward sweep DMG as AoE Geo DMG at the opponent’s location. DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG.
“Seize the Moment” lasts 8s, and 1 of “Tamoto”‘s coordinated attack can be unleashed every 2s. 2 such coordinated attacks can occur per “Seize the Moment” effect duration.
Tailoring
Chiori gains Geo infusion for 5s.
If no action (Elemental Skill or Normal Attack) is taken after using Fluttering Hasode, the Tailoring effect activates by default.
Ascension Passive
The Finishing Touch
When a nearby party member creates a Geo Construct, Chiori will gain 20% Geo DMG Bonus for 20s.
Utility Passive
Brocaded Collar’s Beauteous Silhouette
When any party member wears an outfit other than their default or uses a wind glider other than the Wings of First Flight, all party members gain the Swift Stride effect, increasing movement speed by 10%.
This effect does not apply in Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.
The Swift Stride effect does not stack.
Chiori Constellation
C1
Six Paths of Sage Silkcraft
The AoE of the automaton doll Tamoto, summoned by Fluttering Hasode, is increased by 50%.
Additionally, if there is another Geo party member besides Chiori, the following occurs after the dash:
– An additional Tamoto is summoned. Only one extra Tamoto can exist at a time, whether summoned this way or through a Geo Construct.
– Triggers the passive talent “The Finishing Touch,” which must be unlocked beforehand.
C2
In Five Colors Dyed
For 10s after using Hiyoku: Twin Blades, a simplified automaton doll, “Kinu,” will be summoned next to your active character every 3s. Kinu will attack nearby opponents, dealing AoE Geo DMG equivalent to 170% of Tamoto’s DMG. DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG.
Kinu will leave the field after 1 attack or after lasting 3s.
C3
Four Brocade Embellishments
Increases the Level of Fluttering Hasode by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C4
A Tailor’s Three Courtesies
For 8 seconds after triggering either follow-up effect of this talent, when the current active character’s Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks hit a nearby opponent, a simplified automaton doll named Kinu will be summoned near that opponent.
You can summon 1 Kinu every second, with a maximum of 3 Kinu summoned during each instance of Seize the Moment or Tailoring effects.
This effect can be triggered once every 15 seconds.
Note: The Passive Talent “Tailor-Made” must be unlocked first.
C5
Two Silken Plumules
Increases the Level of Hiyoku: Twin Blades by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C6
Sole Principle Pursuit
After triggering a follow-up effect of this talent, the cooldown of Fluttering Hasode is reduced by 12 seconds.
Additionally, the damage dealt by Chiori’s Normal Attacks is increased by an amount equal to 235% of her Defense.
Note: The Passive Talent “Tailor-Made” must be unlocked first.
