Lan Yan Overview
Me Lan Yan is a 4-star Anemo character in Genshin Impact. She uses a Catalyst-type weapon in battles. Her Elemental Skill, Phoenix-Wisp Pinion Dance, summons a Phoenix-Wisp Shield that acts as defense. She can also dash forward, and while in mid-air, if she uses her skill again, her normal attack throws Feathermoon Rings at enemies, dealing Anemo damage. If she holds the skill, she enters an aiming mode to control the direction of the dash.
Her Elemental Burst, Lustrous Moonrise, summons a Feathermoon Swallow Array, which pulls nearby enemies toward her and deals AoE Anemo damage.

Enter Aiming Mode to adjust the dash direction.
Elemental Burst
Lustrous Moonrise
Lan Yan creates a Feathermoon Swallow Array, pulling in nearby opponents and objects and dealing multiple instances of AoE Anemo DMG.

Four Sealing Divination Blades
When the dash from the Elemental Skill Phoenix-Wisp Pinion Dance hits an opponent and interacts with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro, the Phoenix-Wisp Shield undergoes Elemental Conversion. The converted shield absorbs damage from the corresponding element with 250% efficiency.
Additionally, if the Phoenix-Wisp Shield undergoes Elemental Conversion, the Feathermoon Rings Lan Yan throws will deal Elemental DMG equal to 50% of the original damage, based on the converted element. This damage is considered Elemental Skill damage.
Ascension Passive
Skyfeather Evil-Subduing Charm
The Elemental Skill Phoenix-Wisp Pinion Dance and the Elemental Burst Lustrous Moonrise deal increased damage based on Lan Yan’s Elemental Mastery, with bonuses of 309% and 774% respectively.
