Yinlin, a 4-star Electro character in “Wuthering Waves,” wields a Rectifier-type weapon. Once known as a Jinzhou Patroller by the people of Jinzhou City, Yinlin is now dedicated to uncovering hidden mysteries and protecting her community, all while showering them with affection.

Mid-air Attack
Yinlin expends Stamina to recall her puppet “Zapstring,” crashing it to the ground and inflicting Electro damage.
Dodge Counter
After a successful dodge within a certain timeframe, executing a Basic Attack will strike the target, dealing Electro damage.
When Basic Attack connects with the target, it leaves a silk thread linking the puppet “Zapstring” and the target, granting a Sin Binding mark. This mark vanishes when Yinlin exits the field.

Magnetic Roar
The puppet “Zapstring” inflicts Electro damage on the target within range and induces Yinlin into the Magnetic State, which lasts for 8 seconds.
Magnetic State
During the Magnetic State, the puppet “Zapstring” enters a discharge state, augmenting Yinlin’s Basic Attack and Evasion Attack. Additionally, it triggers a Judgment Attack upon dealing damage. Each Basic Attack can trigger only once and can be triggered up to 4 times.
Lightning Execution
Deals Electro damage once, concluding the Magnetic State. Upon striking a target with the Sinner’s Mark, it inflicts additional damage to the target.

Sky-breaking Thunder Strike
Inflicts a broad spectrum of Electro damage. Upon hitting a target, it leaves a thread linking the puppet “Zapstring” and the target, while also marking the target with a Sin Binding mark.

When Yinlin’s Judgment Points are full, Heavy Attack is substituted with Thousand Faces, expending all Judgment Points and inducing widespread Electro damage. Upon striking a target bearing a Sinner’s Mark, the Sinner’s Mark is replaced by a Punishment Mark, persisting for 18 seconds.
Punishment Mark
When a target with a Punishment Mark is harmed, Judgement Thunder descends, dealing Electro damage to all targets bearing a Punishment Mark. This effect can be activated once per second.
Judgment Points
When Zapstring Dance’s Basic Attack lands on a target, it replenishes Judgment Points. When Magnetic Roar from the Resonance Skill strikes a target, it refills Judgment Points. Upon hitting a target, Lightning Execution from the Resonance Skill restores Judgment Points.
