Taoqi is a 4-star character from the Havoc Class, wielding a Broadblade weapon to defeat Echoes and other enemies during battle. Primarily serving as the director of the Ministry of Development, Taoqi helps people by providing solutions to their problems and resolves every issue with utmost honesty. Highly respected by the people of Jinzhou, she is regarded as an elder sister to them.

In this state, Taoqi focuses more on defense, reducing the damage taken. During the duration of Rocksteady Shield, if Taoqi is attacked or fully charged, it triggers Strategic Parry, strategically parrying the target and dealing Havoc damage.
Strategic Parry
When Strategic Parry is successfully triggered, Taoqi attacks the target, dealing Havoc damage, and can perform up to 3 follow-up attacks.

Huajin Acquisition Rules
When casting the Resonance Skill Impregnable Defense, 3 Rocksteady Shields are generated. The 4th Basic Attack will consume all of Taoqi’s Rocksteady Shields to obtain the same number of Huajin. When attacked, 1 Rocksteady Shield is consumed and 1 Huajin is recovered.
