Rosaria is a 4-star Cryo character in Genshin Impact. Her Elemental Skill, Ravaging Confession, dashes her forward, striking enemies and dealing Cryo damage. This skill is useful because it has a short cooldown, high damage scaling, and generates a good number of particles, making it a great energy source for other characters.
Her Elemental Burst, Rites of Termination, is her main damage-dealing ability. It has high scaling and deals two hits at the start when activated, followed by damage over time that lasts for 8 seconds.
