Razor Overview
Razor is a 4-star Electro character in Genshin Impact who uses a Claymore weapon. His Elemental Skill, “Claw and Thunder,” has two abilities: Press and Hold. With the Press ability, Razor swings his Thunder Wolf Claw, dealing Electro damage to enemies in front of him and generating Electro Sigils.
The Hold ability charges up Electro energy to release a lightning storm in a small area, causing significant Electro damage and clearing all of Razor’s Electro Sigils. His Elemental Burst, “Lightning Fang,” summons a wolf that attacks alongside him. When Razor swaps out, the wolf disappears.

Normal Attack
Execute up to 4 quick, consecutive slashes.
Charged Attack
Consumes stamina gradually to unleash a series of rapid spinning strikes on nearby enemies. The final spin delivers a powerful slash.
Plunging Attack
eap down from the air, dealing damage to enemies in your path and delivering an Area of Effect (AoE) impact when you hit the ground.

Hunts his prey using the techniques taught to him by his master and his lupical.
Tap/Press
Swinging the Thunder Wolf Claw, the user deals Electro DMG to enemies in front. Upon hitting an opponent, an Electro Sigil is granted, increasing Energy Recharge rate. A maximum of 3 Sigils can be held at once, and obtaining a new Sigil refreshes the duration of all active ones.
Hold
Charge up Electro energy to summon a lightning storm in a small area, dealing significant Electro DMG. All active Electro Sigils are cleared, and each one removed generates Energy for the user.
Elemental Burst
Lightning Fang
Summons the Wolf Within, dealing Electro DMG to nearby enemies. This also clears all Electro Sigils, converting them into Elemental Energy. The Wolf Within fights alongside for the skill’s duration.
The Wolf Within
– Strikes alongside normal attacks, dealing Electro DMG.
– Increases ATK Speed and Electro RES.
– Grants immunity to damage from the Electro-Charged status.
– Disables Charged Attacks.
– Boosts resistance to interruption.
These effects end when leaving the battlefield. Upon departure, up to 10 Energy is restored based on the remaining duration of the skill.

Reduces sprinting Stamina consumption for all party members by 20%.
This effect does not stack with other Passive Talents providing the same benefit.

Every 10 seconds, Razor’s sword charges, causing the next Normal Attack to release lightning that deals 100% of ATK as Electro damage.
When not using Lightning Fang, a lightning strike on an opponent grants an Electro Sigil for Claw and Thunder.
