Mika Overview
Mika is a 4-star Cryo support character in Genshin Impact who uses a polearm in battle. His Elemental Skill, Starfrost Swirl, allows him to attack nearby enemies with a crossbow, dealing Cryo damage. He has two abilities: Tap and Hold. When you tap, he shoots a Flowfrost Arrow at a targeted enemy, dealing Cryo damage. When you hold the ability, he aims and fires a Rimestar Flare at enemies, also dealing Cryo damage.
Mika’s Elemental Burst, Skyfeather Song, is a key ability in his support role. During his burst, he uses prayers from the knightly order to boost his teammates. This ability regenerates HP for all nearby party members.

Executes up to five swift strikes with a crossbow and spear.
Charged Attack
Spends stamina to lunge forward, damaging enemies in his path.
Plunging Attack
Leaps from the air, striking foes along the descent and dealing AoE damage on impact.
Elemental Skill
Starfrost Swirl
Mika uses his crossbow to grant the Soulwind effect to all nearby party members. Characters under this effect will have increased ATK speed while on the field. The ability functions differently depending on whether it is tapped or held.
Tap
Fires a Flowfrost Arrow that pierces through enemies, dealing Cryo DMG to those it hits.
Hold
Enters aiming mode and locks onto an enemy, shooting a Rimestar Flare. Upon impact, it rises and explodes, sending Rimestar Shards to hit up to three additional enemies, dealing Cryo DMG.

Mika draws power from the prayers of his knightly order, healing nearby teammates based on his Max HP and granting them the Eagleplume state.
Eagleplume
Characters in this state will restore HP based on Mika’s Max HP when their Normal Attacks hit an opponent. However, this healing can only occur once in a short time interval.

Suppressive Barrage
When characters are in the Soulwind state from Starfrost Swirl, they gain the Detector effect, increasing Physical DMG by 10% while on the field.
– Flowfrost Arrow: Each additional enemy hit generates 1 Detector stack.
– Rimestar Shard: Each shard that hits an enemy generates 1 Detector stack (can only trigger once per shard).
The maximum number of Detector stacks is 3. If Starfrost Swirl is used again, the current Soulwind state and all Detector stacks are reset.

When a character affected by both Eagleplume (from Skyfeather Song) and Soulwind (from Starfrost Swirl) lands a CRIT hit, they gain 1 Detector stack from Suppressive Barrage.
Detector stacks can only be gained once per Soulwind instance this way.
The maximum number of Detector stacks that can be gained through Soulwind is increased by 1.

When Flowfrost Arrow or Rimestar Flare from Starfrost Swirl hits an opponent, 1 Detector stack is generated from the Suppressive Barrage passive talent.

Companion’s Counsel
The maximum number of Detector stacks from Soulwind (from Starfrost Swirl) is increased by 1, but you must first unlock the Suppressive Barrage passive talent.
Additionally, active characters affected by Soulwind will deal 60% more Physical CRIT DMG.
