Kuki Shinobu is an Electro character in Genshin Impact who uses a sword in battle. She serves as a Sub-DPS and Electro Healer, supporting her team. Her Elemental Skill, Sanctifying Ring, takes away part of her HP and deals Electro damage to nearby enemies. After dealing damage, it also restores her HP.
