Eula is a DPS character, and the best artifacts for her are the 4-piece Pale Flame set. This set increases her Physical damage and boosts her ATK when her skill hits an opponent. As an alternative, you can use the 2-piece Pale Flame set combined with the 2-piece Bloodstained Chivalry set, which can help increase her Physical damage by over 50%.
Additionally, you can focus only on Physical damage and ATK by using the 2-piece Pale Flame and 2-piece Shimenawa’s Reminiscence sets, which is also a good option.
Eula Weapons Desc
The best 5-star weapon for Eula is Song of Broken Pines. It offers a high base attack and a Physical DMG bonus. A unique feature of this weapon is that it stacks its effect with normal attacks, and when fully stacked, it provides even more ATK, making it an excellent choice for her.
Another great option is Wolf’s Gravestone, which gives a significant attack percentage. If you hit an opponent with less than 30% health, it boosts the attack of all party members by a certain percentage.
As an alternative, you can consider the 5-star weapon Beacon of the Reed Sea, which provides base attack along with CRIT Rate. In the 4-star category, her best weapon is Serpent Spine, which gives base attack and CRIT Rate, and it also deals additional damage for a limited time.

Eula Overview
Eula is a 5-star Cryo character in Genshin Impact who uses a claymore weapon. In battles, most of her damage comes from her Elemental Burst, called Glacial Illumination. When this Burst is activated, it deals Cryo damage to nearby enemies and creates a small tornado called Lightfall Sword that spins around her for a short time.
After using her Burst, if you keep attacking normally, using her Elemental Skill, and triggering her Burst damage, all of these will charge up her Burst to deal even more damage based on the energy stacks you gain. A great thing about her Burst is that her normal attacks also deal a lot of damage, especially her 4-hit combo, which is very effective.
Her Elemental Skill, Icetide Vortex, has two versions: Press and Hold. The Press version quickly slashes to deal Cryo damage, but it’s not very powerful and has a shorter cooldown. It also grants Grimheart stacks. The Hold version deals more damage and reduces the opponent’s Physical and Cryo resistance.
Eula’s second passive talent, Wellspring of War-Lust, plays an important role. When her Burst is active, it resets the cooldown of her Icetide Vortex skill, allowing Eula to gain one Grimheart stack.

This combination of skills allows for significant damage output while weakening opponents, making her a formidable presence on the battlefield.

She brandishes her greatsword, dealing Cryo DMG to nearby opponents and summoning a Lightfall Sword that follows her for up to 7 seconds. While the Lightfall Sword is active, it enhances her resistance to interruption.
As she executes Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts, these actions charge the Lightfall Sword, allowing it to gain an energy stack every 0.1 seconds.
Once the duration ends, the Lightfall Sword will descend and explode with great force, dealing Physical damage to nearby foes. This damage scales based on the number of energy stacks accumulated during its time on the field.
If she leaves the field, the Lightfall Sword will detonate immediately, unleashing its stored power.
