Chasca Overview
Chasca is a 5-star Anemo DPS character in Genshin Impact who primarily uses a bow in battle. Her elemental skill, Spirit Reins, activates Shadow Hunt, allowing her to enter the Nightsoul’s Blessing state and deal area-of-effect Anemo damage, generating 80 Nightsoul points.
Her tap skill deals Anemo damage, while her hold skill lets her enter aiming mode to fire X Shadowhunt Shells at targeted enemies. For each Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro character in the party, one Shadowhunt Shell will transform into a “Shining Shadowhunt Shell” of that elemental type, dealing Nightsoul-aligned damage based on the corresponding element.
Her elemental burst, Soul Reaper’s Fatal Round, fires a single Galesplitting Soulseeker Shell that deals area-of-effect Anemo damage. If there are Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters in the party, two Soulseeker Shells will convert into Radiant Soulseeker Shells, which deal Nightsoul-aligned elemental damage.
Her passive talent, Night Realm’s Gift: Everburning Heart, helps her gain 32 Nightsoul points.

Phantom Feather Flurry
Normal Attack
Performs up to 4 consecutive shots with a bow.
Charged Attack
Performs a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG.
While aiming, mighty winds will accumulate on the arrowhead. A fully charged wind arrow will deal Anemo DMG.Plunging Attack
Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, hitting opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill
Spirit Reins, Shadow Hunt
The weapon’s will resonates with its user, unleashing Nightsoul-aligned AoE Anemo DMG. After activating this skill, 80 Nightsoul points are gained, and the user enters the Nightsoul’s Blessing state.
Nightsoul’s Blessing: Chasca
While in this state, Nightsoul points are consumed continuously. The state ends when the points are fully depleted or the skill is used again. During Nightsoul’s Blessing, the following effects apply:
The “Soulsniper: Ritual Staff” is mounted, enhancing movement speed and resistance to interruption. While airborne, continuous consumption of Nightsoul points or Phlogiston occurs. Sprinting or gaining height will further deplete these resources.
Normal or charged attacks can switch between different modes of “Multitarget Fire” by tapping or holding.
Multitarget Fire:
Tap
Deals Nightsoul-aligned Anemo DMG to enemies in front, classified as Normal Attack damage.
Hold
Enters aiming mode, loading bullets into the chamber and selecting opponents within a specified range. Up to six Shadowhunt Shells can be fired based on the charge duration. After a set time, the loading completes, and the shells are fired.
Shadowhunt Shells
Deal Nightsoul-aligned Anemo DMG, counted as Charged Attack damage.
The 4th, 5th, and 6th shells undergo elemental conversion based on the elemental types of other party members. Each Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro character converts one shell into a “Shining Shadowhunt Shell” of the corresponding elemental type, dealing Nightsoul-aligned damage of that element.
The loaded shells are fired in a “last in, first out” order, starting with the most recently loaded shell.
Elemental Burst
Soul Reaper’s Fatal Round
By focusing her will, a single “Galesplitting Soulseeker Shell” is launched, delivering Nightsoul-aligned AoE Anemo DMG. Following this, the shell splits into six Soulseeker Shells that target nearby enemies.
Soulseeker Shells
Inflict Nightsoul-aligned Anemo DMG.
For each Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro character in the party, two Soulseeker Shells will convert into “Radiant Soulseeker Shells.” These enhanced shells deal Nightsoul-aligned elemental damage based on the corresponding elemental type.
Chasca Passive Skills
Ascension Passive
Night Realm’s Gift: Everburning Heart
Once Nightsoul points are fully depleted, Phlogiston will be consumed to maintain the Nightsoul’s Blessing state. In areas with Phlogiston Mechanics in Natlan, the ability “Nightsoul Transmission” can be activated. When the active character reaches a certain height in the air and then switches to her, she enters Nightsoul’s Blessing and gains 32 Nightsoul points. This transmission can be triggered once every 10 seconds by her team.
Additionally, if the Elemental Skill Spirit Rein, Shadow Hunt is held while in Nightsoul’s Blessing, a Nightsoul-aligned plunging attack will be executed. The plunging attack can be canceled upon release, allowing her to remain airborne. However, if she strikes the ground during the attack, the Nightsoul’s Blessing state will end.
Ascension Passive
Bullet Trick
When the Elemental Skill Spirit Reins, Shadow Hunt’s Multitarget Fire is activated, the presence of 1, 2, or 3 types of Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters in the party creates a chance to trigger “Spiritbinding Conversion.” This grants a 33%, 67%, or 100% chance, respectively, to convert the 3rd Shadowhunt Shell loaded into the chamber into a Shining Shadowhunt Shell of the corresponding elemental type.
Utility Passive
Intent to Cover
When a nearby party member triggers a Nightsoul Burst, she will unleash a “Burning Shadowhunt Shot” at a nearby opponent, inflicting Nightsoul-aligned Anemo DMG equal to 150% of the Shadowhunt Shell damage from her Elemental Skill, Spirit Reins, Shadow Hunt. If the party includes Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters, this shot will convert to deal Nightsoul-aligned elemental damage of the corresponding type, also equal to 150% of the damage from the Shining Shadowhunt Shells. The damage dealt in this manner is classified as Charged Attack damage.

Cylinder, the Restless Roulette
When the passive talent “Bullet Trick” activates “Spiritbinding Conversion,” it will also convert the 2nd Shadowhunt Shell loaded into the chamber into a Shining Shadowhunt Shell. Additionally, the chance to trigger “Spiritbinding Conversion” increases based on the number of Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters in the party, resulting in a 67%, 100%, or 100% chance, respectively.
It’s important to unlock the “Bullet Trick” passive talent first. Furthermore, while out of combat, the consumption of Nightsoul points and Phlogiston in the Nightsoul’s Blessing state is reduced by 30%.

Be sure to unlock the “Bullet Trick” passive talent first to access this effect.
