Kaveh Overview
Kirara is a 4-star Dendro character in Genshin Impact who uses a sword in battle. She is mainly a Dendro support character. Her Elemental Skill, Meow-teor Kick, is a flying kick that creates a shield around her and deals AoE Dendro damage. When you hold her ability, she deploys a shield called Safe, turning into a special express delivery box.
This lets her move and fight more quickly in the Urgent Neko Parcel state. Her Elemental Burst, Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch, targets enemies and performs a smash attack with the Special Delivery Package. This deals AoE Dendro damage and releases Cat Grass Cardamoms, which explode to deal additional damage to enemies.

With the agility of a cat leaping through the bushes, she performs a flying kick that deals AoE Dendro DMG and creates a Shield of Safe Transport. This shield absorbs Dendro DMG with 250% effectiveness and briefly applies Dendro to her. The shield’s damage absorption depends on her Max HP and has a cap. If a new shield is created, the remaining damage absorption stacks, and its duration resets.
Hold
Driven by her goal to “deliver within half a day,” she deploys a Shield of Safe Transport, similar to the one created by pressing the skill. She then curls into a special express delivery box and enters the Urgent Neko Parcel state, allowing her to move and fight with increased speed.
Urgent Neko Parcel
– Deals Dendro DMG to enemies she collides with, activating every 0.5 seconds.
– In this state, her movement speed, climbing speed, and jumping ability are boosted, though her stamina consumption for climbing increases.
– When the state ends or the skill is used again, she unleashes a stronger Flipclaw Strike, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.
– The state lasts for up to 10 seconds. The longer she stays in this state, the longer the cooldown will be.
– Sprinting or canceling climbing will end the state early.
Elemental Burst
Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch
Smash enemies with a Special Delivery Package, a tool used to punish parcel thieves, dealing AoE Dendro DMG. After it explodes, the package breaks into multiple Cat Grass Cardamoms, which either explode on contact with enemies or after a short delay, dealing additional AoE Dendro DMG.

While in the Urgent Neko Parcel state from Meow-teor Kick, each time she hits an enemy, she gains a stack of Reinforced Packaging. This effect can trigger once every 0.5 seconds for each opponent, up to a maximum of 3 stacks. When the Urgent Neko Parcel state ends, each stack creates a Shield of Safe Transport. These shields will have 20% of the damage absorption that the original shield from Meow-teor Kick provides. If she’s already protected by a Shield of Safe Transport, the new shields will stack with it and reset its duration.

For every 1,000 Max HP Kirara has, the damage of Meow-teor Kick increases by 0.4%, and the damage of Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch increases by 0.3%.

While in the Urgent Neko Parcel state from Meow-teor Kick, Kirara grants Critical Transport Shields to party members she crashes into. These shields absorb Dendro damage with 250% effectiveness and have 40% of the damage absorption of Meow-teor Kick’s normal Shields of Safe Transport. Critical Transport Shields last for 12 seconds and can be triggered once every 10 seconds for each character.

When characters protected by Shields of Safe Transport or Critical Transport Shields hit enemies with Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks, Kirara will join the attack by launching Small Cat Grass Cardamoms, dealing 200% of her ATK as Dendro damage. The damage from this attack is considered Elemental Burst damage. This effect can trigger once every 3.8 seconds, and the cooldown is shared between all party members.
