Tighnari excels in Charge Attack, Burst, and Reaction Damage. To maximize his performance in these areas, you can use several artifact sets. The 4-piece Wanderer’s Troupe set enhances both Elemental Mastery and Charge Attack damage. Alternatively, the 4-piece Gilded Dreams set increases Elemental Mastery by 230, with the bonus depending on the Elemental Types of your other party members. Another effective option is the 4-piece Deepwood Memories set, which reduces opponents’ Dendro resistance and boosts Dendro damage, making it ideal for support roles.
If you use a 2-piece Deepwood Memories set combined with a 2-piece Wanderer’s Troupe set, you’ll benefit from both a Dendro Damage bonus and an increase in Elemental Mastery. Alternatively, you can use a 2-piece Gilded Dreams set as a substitute for Wanderer’s Troupe, which will also enhance Elemental Mastery.

Tighnari’s signature weapon is the 5-star Hunter’s Path, which provides a high Crit Rate, an Elemental DMG bonus, and increases Charge Attack damage. The second-best option is the 5-star Aqua Simulacra, which boosts HP percentage and offers a significant increase in Crit DMG. Another good choice is the 5-star Skyward Harp, which enhances Crit DMG and inflicts a small AoE attack on opponents, considered as Physical ATK DMG.
For free-to-play options, the best 3-star weapon for Tighnari is the Slingshot, which offers a significant boost to Crit Rate. Among 4-star and 3-star bow weapons, it increases the damage of both Normal and Charged Attacks. Another excellent 4-star free-to-play weapon is the Prototype Crescent, which enhances attack percentage.

After that, swap back to Tighnari to use his Elemental Burst. Next, switch to your main DPS or another support character to deal additional damage. Finally, return to Tighnari to perform Normal or Charge Attacks. Repeat this rotation continuously for optimal damage output.
Tighnari Overview
Tighnari is a 5-star Dendro character in Genshin Impact who uses a bow. Every attack he makes causes reaction damage to enemies. He deals high damage when quickly switching party members, but he’s not ideal as the main damage dealer. His main strength is his Elemental Skill, Vijnana-Phala Mine, which generates 3 to 4 particles each time it activates. His Elemental Burst, Fashioner’s Tanglevine Shaft, launches 6 Tanglevine Shafts at once, dealing Dendro damage. The best part is that its cooldown is only 12 seconds and it requires just 40 energy.
Another special feature of Tighnari is that he gains damage based on his Elemental Mastery stats. Additionally, his charged attack is very effective and quick. Tighnari’s passive talent, Scholarly Blade, boosts his charged attack and also increases his Burst damage based on his Elemental Mastery points.

Additionally, he gains the Vijnana Suffusion effect, which reduces the charging time of the Wreath Arrow by 2.4 seconds. This effect ends either when the skill duration expires or after Tighnari has fired 3 Wreath Arrows.
