Wanderer Artifacts Desc
The best artifact set for Wanderer is the 4-piece Desert Pavilion Chronicle. This set provides excellent protection even without off-field damage dealer characters. It offers an Anemo DMG bonus and increases attack speed. The 4-piece Shimenawa’s Reminiscence is an alternative option, but it has a drawback: it causes energy loss. This set primarily focuses on increasing attack power.
If you have off-field support damage dealers, the best option is to use a 2-piece Viridescent Venerer set and a 2-piece Shimenawa’s Reminiscence set. This combination boosts Anemo damage bonus and increases attack percentage. Additionally, the 4-piece Echoes of an Offering set increases attack percentage and provides a buff.
Wanderer Weapons Desc
The best weapon for Wanderer is Tulaytullah’s Remembrance. It increases his normal attack speed and provides a buff to normal attacks after using his skill. His second-best weapon is Memory of Dust, which offers significant stats when used with a shield, making it effective for dealing heavy damage to enemies.
Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds is also the third-best 5-star weapon for Wanderer, as it boosts elemental damage bonus stats. Among 4-star weapons, The Widsith is the top choice, with Solar Pearl as a good alternative.

Wanderer is an on-field character with no shield protection, so he needs off-field support. With shield protection, his Elemental Skill multiplies his normal and charged attacks. In the end, his Burst ability deals heavy area-of-effect Anemo damage to enemies.
Wanderer Overview
Wanderer is a 5-star Anemo character who uses Catalyst-type weapons in battles. He specializes in aerial combat, meaning he is fully capable of fighting in the air. His normal attack uses wind blades, and his charged attack deals huge area-of-effect Anemo damage to enemies.
His Elemental Skill, “Song of the Wind,” activates Windfavored, which allows him to fly in the air and attack enemies with normal and charged attacks. These attacks deal double damage. However, he can only fly until his stamina runs out. By using Windfavored, he can perform up to 15 charged attacks.
Without a proper shield, Wanderer will take a lot of damage from heavy attacks because he is an on-field character. Therefore, having a strong shield is essential for him. His Elemental Burst, “Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays,” compresses the atmosphere and deals area-of-effect Anemo damage to enemies while he is in the air.

Wanderer Talents
Normal Attack
Yuuban Meigen
Normal Attack
Unleashes a series of up to 3 slashes with wind blades, each dealing Anemo DMG to enemies in its path.
Charged Attack
Consumes stamina to focus high-pressure wind into a powerful burst. After a brief charge, releases a swirling gust that deals AoE Anemo DMG.
Plunging Attack
Harnesses the force of Anemo to dive from the sky, striking foes beneath with a whirlwind of wind, causing AoE Anemo DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill
Hanega: Song of the Wind
Concentrates the power of the winds to break free from the shackles of the earth, dealing AoE Anemo DMG before leaping into the air and entering the Windfavored state.
Windfavored
The Wanderer cannot perform Plunging Attacks in this state. When he uses Normal and Charged Attacks, they will be converted into Kuugo: Fushoudan and Kuugo: Toufukai respectively; the DMG they deal and their AoE will be increased, and their DMG will be considered Normal and Charged Attack DMG respectively. Kuugo: Toufukai will not consume Stamina.
The Wanderer will hover persistently during this time. While this state is active, the Wanderer’s movements gain the following properties:
· Persistently consumes Kuugoryoku Points to maintain this hovering state.
· When sprinting, additional Kuugoryoku Points will be consumed for the Wanderer to accelerate mid-air. Holding sprint will cause persistent Kuugoryoku Point consumption to maintain speed. This effect will replace his default sprint.
· Jumping expends extra Kuugoryoku Points to increase hovering height. Holding jump will cause persistent Kuugoryoku Point consumption to keep increasing hovering height.
Running out of Kuugoryoku Points will end the Windfavored state.
A second cast during the duration of Windfavored will also end it.
Elemental Burst
Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays
Compresses the atmosphere into a singular vacuum that grinds all troubles away, dealing multiple instances of AoE Anemo DMG.
If the character is in the Windfavored state due to the skill “Hanega: Song of the Wind,” Windfavored state will end after casting.
Wanderer Passive Skills
Ascension Passive
Jade-Claimed Flower
If Hanega: Song of the Wind comes into contact with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro when it is unleashed, this instance of the Windfavored state will obtain buffs according to the contacted element(s):
· Hydro: Kuugoryoku Point cap increases by 20.
· Pyro: ATK increases by 30%.
· Cryo: CRIT Rate increases by 20%.
· Electro: When Normal and Charged Attacks hit an opponent, 0.8 Energy will be restored. Energy can be restored this way once every 0.2s.
You can have up to 2 different kinds of these buffs simultaneously.
Ascension Passive
Gales of Reverie
While in the Windfavored state, hitting enemies with Kuugo: Fushoudan or Kuugo: Toufukai grants a 16% chance to trigger the Descent effect. When activated, the next time the Wanderer accelerates mid-air, this effect will be consumed, and he will not use any Kuugoryoku Points for that acceleration. Additionally, he will launch 4 wind arrows, each dealing 35% of his ATK as Anemo damage.
If the Descent effect does not activate from a Kuugo: Fushoudan or Kuugo: Toufukai attack, the chance for it to trigger increases by 12% for the next attack of that type. The game checks for this effect’s activation every 0.1 seconds.
Utility Passive
Strum the Swirling Winds
Mora expended when ascending Bows and Catalysts is decreased by 50%.
Wanderer Constellation

C2
Niban: Moonlit Isle Amidst White Waves
While in the Windfavored state, the damage of Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays increases by 4% for each point of difference between the maximum Kuugoryoku Points and the current Kuugoryoku Points when using the skill. This boost can enhance the damage of Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays by up to 200%.

Sanban: Moonflower Kusemai
Increases the Level of Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

When casting Hanega: Song of the Wind, if the Passive Talent “Jade-Claimed Flower” is activated, the character will receive buffs based on the elemental types they come into contact with, as well as an additional random untriggered buff. (Note: You must unlock the Passive Talent “Jade-Claimed Flower” to access this feature.)
C5
Matsuban: Ancient Illuminator From Abroad

C6
Shugen: The Curtains’ Melancholic Sway
When the Wanderer actively hits an opponent with Kuugo: Fushoudan while in the Windfavored state, the following effects will occur:
· Deals an additional instance of Kuugo: Fushoudan at the position hit, dealing 40% of the attack’s original DMG. This DMG will be considered Normal Attack DMG.
· When the Wanderer falls below 40 Kuugoryoku Points, restores 4 Points to him. Kuugoryoku Points can be restored in this manner once every 0.2s. This restoration can occur up to 5 times within one Windfavored duration.
