As a powerful president, Navia needs artifacts that increase her Geo DMG bonus and help with Crystallize shields. In this case, the best choice would be the 4-piece set “Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods.” If your team includes Hydro characters like Furina, then the best artifact set would be the 4-piece “Marechaussee Hunter,” which increases Crit Rate based on current HP fluctuations.
Here, other options are also available, such as the 4-piece Golden Troupe set, which significantly increases Navia’s Elemental Skill damage. As an alternative, you can go with a combination of 2 pieces of the Gladiator’s Finale set and 2 pieces of the Archaic Petra set.

Navia, being a powerful main DPS, benefits greatly from a playstyle that involves quick swapping in and out to maximize her damage output. Starting her attack sequence with her Elemental Skill allows her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks to convert to Geo DMG. After using her Elemental Burst, she can then switch to a sub DPS or support character.
Continue cycling through these steps: Elemental Skill → Normal Attacks → Elemental Burst → Elemental Skill → Switch to DPS.

Navia is a 5-star Geo element character in Genshin Impact who wields Claymore weapons. She is powerful and looks quite cute in her Princess outfit. Her abilities revolve around crystal shards, and her umbrella can transform into a shotgun. Her Elemental Skill, Ceremonial Crystalshot, deals damage based on the number of Crystal Shrapnel stacks in your Crystal Shards party.
To create Crystal Shards for Navia’s party, you’ll need reactions between Hydro, Pyro, or Electro elements with Geo. This grants Navia an ATK bonus of up to 20%, which can stack up to 2 times for a total of 40% ATK bonus.
If you choose between 2 Geo characters like Zhongli and Navia, or 2 Pyro characters like Xiangling and Bennett, you’ll gain more benefit in terms of the ATK bonus.
Navia holds up to 6 Crystal Shrapnel stacks and consumes all of them upon use. Her umbrella transforms into a shotgun that fires more bullets, dealing increased damage. When Navia has 3 stacks of Crystal Shrapnel, the damage of her Gunbrella attack doubles.
After using Ceremonial Crystalshot, for 4 seconds all of Navia’s attacks convert to Geo DMG, boosting their damage output by up to 40%. However, this effect only lasts for 4 seconds.
Navia’s Elemental Burst, “As the Sunlit Sky’s Singing Salute,” is more powerful than her Elemental Skill. She wields the presidency of the Spina di Rosula, which allows her to summon the Rosula Dorata Salute. This ability fires a heavy AoE Geo DMG cannon attack at enemies. A notable aspect of this attack is that after hitting enemies, Navia gains 1 stack of Crystal Shrapnel. This feature enhances her ability to accumulate Crystal Shrapnel stacks, thereby increasing her overall damage potential in combat.

Consuming 0/1/2/3 or more stacks of Crystal Shrapnel fires 5/7/9/11 Rosula Shardshots respectively. The more shots that hit a single opponent, the higher the DMG. If all 11 shots hit the same opponent, 200% of the original DMG is dealt. Consuming more than 3 stacks increases the Gunbrella’s DMG by an additional 15% per stack consumed beyond the initial 3.
